Frequently Asked Questions
Is online church real church?
Yes! - it is! Hebrews 10:25 says not to forsake the assembling together of the saints., but it doesn't say how we should assemble! When we get together for live chat services, teleconference bible study, prayer or a special event, we are the church in fellowship!
Is there onsite church as well?
Currently we only have a few special events at our onsite sanctuary. We are located at the top of the San Gabrial mountains in Sylmar, CA near Lake View Terrace. Check out the contact page to see a more detailed map and sign up for the Newsletter for onsite notifications..
How do I join services?
There are several ways to worship with our services. Online "Live-Chat" services are held every Sunday morning at 10:30 am (PST). Or, you can watch anytime from our YouTube channel @HoHGChurch, and also by adding our custom church app to your smartphone.
Do you offer Small Groups?
Currently our "Life Support Groups" are inactive, but will start up again as interest increases. To be notified when the groups willl start again, Fill out the brief form at: https://form.church/LS-Groups and we will notify you when the groups start up again.
Do you have kids ministry?
You can access seasonal and topical teaching videos for boys and girls of every age - including teens. Most videos are available for free and can be accessed by age on our "Youth" page.
Can I serve or volunteer?
Yes! The House of His Glory is in need of volunteer leaders such as an Associate Pastor, Ministry Director, Worship Minister and especially a Digital Media Direcor. And, only the Media Director needs to be local.
