WHAT WE BELIEVE

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever you ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask any thing in my name, I will do it. "
~ John 14:12-14

Our Motto:

The "church" is not a place to go.

The "church" is not a thing to have.

The Church is who we are!

We want you to BE the church where ever you are! You see, when Jesus first mentioned the "church" in Matthew 16:18 he was describing a kind of people who would learn of Him; be built up by Him and grow strrong enough to overcome a difficut and evil world, together, through HIm!

At The House of His Glory we believe that through Jesus we can still be that kind of church congregation today - and in fact, we need to be!

At The House of His Glory we are the definition of "church" the way Jesus intended. We are a body of Believers who love the Lord and others as we love ourselves.  We would love to share the love of God with you!

Our Vision:

We want to be a church that is purposed and prepared to build the Kingdom of God; with His power and through His Glory so that we can bring the light of Christ to a dark and hurting world.

Here's what all that means:

Our Mission:

If your kids are Kindergarten through 5th grade, then they come to worship with us in the main auditorium. After worship, all kids are dismissed to follow their trained Kids volunteer to their age appropriate room for the rest of service where they will have a blast! Kids check in starts at 9:30am for the 10am service. You can save some time by pre-registering your child below.

Our Doctrine:

  • We believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, and that we were created in His image and in His likeness.
  • We believe the Bible is the inspired and true word of God, relevant and applicable to all peoples of the world.
  • We believe in the virgin birth, death by crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus; so that whosoever believes will have everlasting life.
  • We believe in salvation by confession, through grace, by faith in Jesus the Christ; for the forgiveness of all sin, past, present and future.
  • We believe in baptism by water, fire and the Holy Ghost unto power, gifts and the anointing of the Spirit of God.
  • We believe in Holy Communion through bread and the fruit of the vine; to discern the Lord’s body and for the remission of sin.
  • We believe in the Gifts of the Spirit, to edify, to encourage, for the work of the ministry and for the perfecting of the saints.
  • We believe in the “Great Commission” – to go into all the mountains of the world, preaching, teaching and making disciples.
  • We believe in the “greater” commission – to heal, cleanse lepers, cast out demons and raise the dead through miracles, signs and wonders.
  • We believe in the return of Jesus, to rapture the body of Christ, His bride, The Church to the Eternal place in Heaven He’s prepared for us.
